The CODIGEL M1300E-DI electric plate is a drop-in model with 4 cooking zones on a surface of 1200x500 mm and a power of 20 kW. Its stainless steel 18/10 body includes a sealed monobloc plate of 18 mm, in 50-micron polished mirror chrome, smooth or grooved (optional). It features a 4-liter grease drawer for easy cleaning without detergent. The regulation is done via an independent thermostat with a maximum temperature of 290°C. Compatible with press for double-sided cooking.
