The ERU15RC-DI electric griddle from the CODIGEL brand is a drop-in model designed for high-volume production. It features 2 cooking zones on a 1000x600 mm surface with a power of 15 kW. Its structure is made of 18/10 stainless steel and rests on a 22 mm aluminum and steel support, coated with a 50-micron hard chrome. The digital regulation is managed via an electronic thermostat with a touch control, with a maximum temperature of 280°C. It ensures even heat distribution and grease recovery through channels on all 4 sides. A 3-liter grease drawer facilitates cleaning without detergents. Delivered with a scraper, brush, and set of blades.
