The CODIGEL brand's M1000E-DI electric griddle is a drop-in model with 3 cooking zones on a 900x500 mm surface and a power of 12 kW. Its 18/10 stainless steel body features a 18 mm welded monobloc plate with a 50-micron mirror-polished chrome finish, smooth or grooved (optional). It offers easy cleaning without detergent thanks to its 4-liter grease drawer. The regulation is done by an independent thermostat with a maximum temperature of 290°C. There is an option to add a press for double-sided cooking.
