The PLF3 electric griddle from the CODIGEL brand offers 3 independent cooking zones (2 x 356x515 mm) with a total power of 12 kW. The griddles are arranged in separate islands, surrounded by channels to be filled with water to facilitate the removal of residues. The 18 mm mirror-polished chrome surface can be smooth or grooved (optional), ideal for meats, fish, and vegetables. It includes two stainless steel grease drawers of 3 L each and is placed on a table with 4 legs. Cleaning is simple without detergent. Delivered with a scraper, metal brush, and stainless steel spatula.
