The ERU20RC electric griddle from CODIGEL is designed for high production with a cooking surface of 1200x600 mm divided into 4 zones. Its 18/10 stainless steel body ensures robustness and durability. Mounted on an aluminum and steel support covered with 50-micron hard chrome, it ensures even heat distribution. Equipped with a digital touch electronic thermostat with a thermostat every 30 cm, it allows precise control up to 280°C. Its grease recovery system with channels on all 4 sides and a 3L front drawer facilitates maintenance. Delivered with a scraper, brush, and set of blades, it can be easily cleaned without detergent.
