The ERU15RC electric griddle from the CODIGEL brand is designed for high production with a cooking surface of 1000x600 mm divided into 2 zones. Its 18/10 stainless steel body ensures strength and durability. Mounted on an aluminum and steel support coated with 50 microns of hard chrome, it guarantees even heat distribution. Equipped with an electronic thermostat with digital control, with a thermostat every 30 cm, it offers precise control up to 280°C. Its grease collection system with channels on all four sides and a 3L front drawer makes maintenance easy. Delivered with a scraper, brush, and a set of blades, it can be cleaned easily without detergent.
