The CODIGEL M1000E electric griddle offers a cooking surface of 900x500 mm divided into 3 independent zones, with a total power of 12 kW. Its 18/10 stainless steel body ensures robustness and durability. The one-piece mirror-polished chrome plate of 18 mm guarantees even cooking, with a smooth or grooved surface (standard option on the right). Each zone is controlled by an independent thermostat up to 290°C. Equipped with a 4 L grease drawer, it facilitates cleaning without detergent and can accommodate a press for double-sided cooking.
