The CODIGEL brand PLF2 electric griddle features 2 independent cooking zones (2 x 356x515 mm) with a total power of 8 kW. Each griddle is installed as a separate island, surrounded by channels to be filled with water to facilitate residue removal. The 18 mm thick mirror-polished chrome cooking surface can be smooth or grooved (optional), ideal for meats, fish, and vegetables. It includes a 3 L stainless steel grease drawer and is tabletop mounted with 4 feet. Cleaning is easy without detergent. Delivered with a scraper, metal brush, and stainless steel spatula.
