The M1300E electric griddle from the CODIGEL brand offers a large cooking surface of 1200x500 mm divided into 4 independent zones, with a total power of 20 kW. Its 18/10 stainless steel body ensures robustness and longevity. The 18 mm monoblock chrome mirror-polished plate provides even cooking with a smooth or grooved surface (standard option on the right). Each zone is controlled by an independent thermostat up to 290°C. Equipped with a 4 L grease drawer, it facilitates cleaning without detergent and can accommodate a press for double-sided cooking.
