Bar Circus offers you a complete cocktail station with a 100 L ice capacity, which is 260 cocktails before needing to restock the ice (according to the average UP/h-bar).

This cocktail station from the Bar Circus collection can be assembled into Bar Circus furniture or set up alone on countertops.

Our product advantages

– The full ice configuration of the cocktail station can offer a capacity of up to 100 liters.

– A large single basin divisible into 4 main parts using the stainless steel icewell separator, and up to 8 compartments with the additional lengthwise separation.

– Stainless steel separators to allow better cold distribution.

– A modular workspace according to the bar's production needs and customizable according to work habits.

– The speedrack line has a capacity of 12 to 14 bottles and can be doubled with a hanging speedrack to hold up to 26 bottles.

– The inclined condiment frame allows for up to 7 1/9th size gastro bins.

– A 1/9 gastronorm bin with a depth of 150 mm above the sink allows for storage of bar tools, muddler, mixing spoon, strainer, etc.

– The rinse-shaker drying rack and the jiggers drying rack are placed near the faucet and rinse-shaker for efficient and quick access.

Hygiene

Special care has been taken with hygiene:

– The cocktail station is made of 304 L food-grade stainless steel as standard.

– The unique tank allows for easy cleaning once the dividers are removed, making the entire tank accessible for simple cleaning.

– No protruding parts for safe use and easy maintenance.

– Each removable element is dishwasher safe.

– Ice drying rack prevents meltwater from coming into contact with service ice cubes.

– A waste collector that is dishwasher safe at the bottom of the sink to prevent clogging.
