Bar Circus offers you the UNITY cocktail station, a fully modular and high-capacity station suitable for a wide range of professional uses. At maximum ice capacity, it allows the preparation of 530 cocktails before needing to restock ice. In standard configuration with a bottle speed rack, it allows for 420 cocktails before needing to restock ice.

This product from the Bar Circus expert range collection can be assembled within Bar Circus furniture or mounted alone on worktops.

The unique siphon prevents odors from rising from the pipes.

- Dry work surface

The grid allows water runoff to be collected, keeping the work surface dry and clean.

- The full ice configuration of the cocktail station can offer a capacity of up to 165 liters.

- A large single basin that can be divided into 3 main parts using the speedrack divider, then into up to 6 compartments with additional dividers included in the standard set.

- Stainless steel dividers for better cold distribution.

- A modular workspace that can be adapted according to the bar's production needs and personalized according to work habits.

- The speedrack line has a capacity of 10 bottles and can be doubled to offer 20 bottles inside the basin.

- Additional speedrails can be attached to the support in front of the station to increase bottle storage.

- The condiment frame allows for up to 8 1/9th gastro containers.

- A 1/9 gastronorm container with a depth of 150 mm above the sink allows for storage of bar tools, muddler, mixing spoon, strainer, etc.

- The rinse-shaker drying grid and jigger drying grid are placed near the faucet and rinse-shaker for efficient and quick access.

- The ice drainage base grid and the inclined bottom allow for natural runoff and efficient drainage of stagnant water to a 5.5 L waste collection basket.

Easy installation:
Installation dimensions are available on the technical sheet.
If it is placed alone on a countertop, it is advisable to check or reinforce the lateral support of the countertop and possibly install reinforcement legs on either side of the stainless steel bar.
Ensure to create a siphon at the drainage outlet to prevent any odor from coming back up to the bar.
