- A large single basin that can be divided into 3 main parts with the speedrack separator and up to 6 compartments with the additional separators included in the standard set.

- Stainless steel separators for better cold distribution.

- A modular workspace according to the bar's production needs and customizable according to work habits.

- The speedrack line has a capacity of 10 bottles and can be doubled to offer 20 bottles inside the basin.

- Additional speedrails can be attached to the support in front of the station to increase bottle storage.

- The condiment frame can accommodate up to 8 1/9th gastro containers.

- A 1/9 gastronorm container with a depth of 150 mm above the sink allows for storage of bar tools, muddler, mixing spoon, strainer, etc.

- The rinse-shaker drying rack and jigger drying rack are placed near the tap and rinse-shaker for efficient and quick access.

- The ice drainage grill and inclined bottom allow for natural drainage and efficient removal of stagnant water to a 5.5 L waste collection basket.

Easy installation:
Installation dimensions are available on the technical sheet.
If it is placed alone on a countertop, it is advisable to check or reinforce the lateral support of the countertop and possibly install reinforcement legs on either side of the stainless steel bar.
Ensure to create a siphon at the drainage outlet to prevent any odor from coming back up to the bar.
