The ERU10RC-DI electric griddle by CODIGEL is a drop-in model designed for large-scale production with 2 cooking zones on a 600x600 mm surface and a power of 10 kW. Its 18/10 stainless steel body rests on a 22 mm aluminum and steel support coated with 50 microns of hard chrome. The digital regulation through an electronic thermostat allows a temperature of up to 280°C, ensuring even heat distribution. Grease collection is facilitated by channels on all four sides leading to a 3-liter drawer, making cleaning easy without detergent. Delivered with a scraper, brush, and set of blades.
