The ME60-DI electric griddle from the CODIGEL brand is a drop-in model with a cooking surface of 600x400 mm and a power of 4 kW. Its 18/10 stainless steel body incorporates a 18 mm watertight welded monobloc chrome plate, ensuring even cooking on an always smooth surface. It includes a 2 L grease drawer and comes with a scraper, brush, and set of blades for easy maintenance. The thermostat control allows it to reach up to 290°C.
