With a total power of 20 kW, it offers 2 x 9 automatic programs for precise and efficient cooking, reducing cooking time by up to 50%. Its AISI-304 stainless steel body ensures robustness and durability. Equipped with an electronic controller, it manages temperature and time on the upper and lower plates with automatic lifting at the end of cooking. Delivered on a mobile stand with 4 wheels (2 with brakes), it features 2 grease drawers of 5.3 L and a complete maintenance kit.
