The TFP-72-30M-D-6-HC TRUE refrigerated prep table offers maximum storage capacity while optimizing the work surface, ideal for professional culinary environments. With a gross volume of 708 L, it is equipped with six spacious drawers, each capable of holding a GN 1/1 pan and three GN 1/9 pans (150 mm). Its top section is designed to accommodate up to 30 GN 1/6 pans (100 mm), with a cutting board measuring 1832 × 204 mm for quick and efficient preparation. The construction combines a stainless steel front, top, and lid with aluminum sides and back, ensuring robustness and hygiene. The interior features raw lacquered aluminum with a stainless steel base for great durability and easy maintenance. The inset casters (19 mm clearance) facilitate movement while providing perfect stability.
