The TFP-72-30M-HC TRUE refrigerated prep table combines a large work surface with optimized storage, ideal for demanding professional kitchens. With a gross volume of 708 L, it features three full swinging doors and six spacious drawers, accommodating up to 30 GN 1/6 pans (100 mm) on the upper section. The 1832 × 204 mm cutting board provides ample space for preparation. The internal shelves (6 in total) are suitable for GN 1/1 pans, with specific dimensions for each compartment. Its construction includes a stainless steel front, top, and lid, with aluminum sides and back, ensuring durability and hygiene. The interior, made of raw lacquered aluminum with a stainless steel base, ensures optimal durability, while the inset casters (19 mm clearance) facilitate movement.
