The TFP-72-30M-D-4-HC TRUE refrigerated prep table offers the optimal combination of preparation and storage for professional kitchens. With a gross volume of 708 L, it features four spacious drawers, each accommodating a GN 1/1 pan and three GN 1/9 pans (150 mm), as well as a solid swing door with two shelves suitable for standard GN pans. The top is designed to hold up to 30 GN 1/6 pans (100 mm) and includes a 1832 × 204 mm cutting board, perfect for quick and efficient work. Its robust construction combines a stainless steel front, top, and lid, with aluminum sides and back, ensuring hygiene and durability. The interior with raw lacquered aluminum and stainless steel base ensures durability and easy maintenance. The recessed casters (19 mm clearance) facilitate mobility while providing stability.
