The TFP-72-30M-FGLID-HC TRUE refrigerated prep table with a glass lid offers a spacious workspace and optimal visibility of ingredients. With a gross volume of 708 L, it features three full swinging doors and six shelves suitable for standard GN pans. The top accommodates up to 30 GN 1/6 pans (100 mm) under a glass lid, allowing for protection and display of ingredients while facilitating access. Its cutting board measures 1629 × 204 mm, providing ample space for preparation. The construction combines a stainless steel front with aluminum sides and back for a perfect balance between strength and lightness.
