Outdoor island bar station

It was therefore necessary to envision a bar that matched the grandeur of the location, capable of hosting events where thousands of people crowd the counters.

The bar takes the form of a large octagon, allowing for 360-degree service. For efficient service, four Unity cocktail stations are positioned around the bar, enabling quick and effective service. Two sink stations and numerous refrigerators and freezers complement the bar. A central island is also present to increase fresh storage space.

From the beginning of the project, we identified the main constraints and objectives related to the bar's creation: dimensions and technical constraints, menu, number of bartenders, production volume, and number of customers. In collaboration with the project managers, we were able to quickly develop initial proposals, which were swiftly refined to lead to the final project.

We assisted the clients in all bar-related choices, concerning ergonomics, workflow, customer flow, as well as the selection of refrigeration equipment and glass washers.

Preparation grids with drains are integrated into the marble customer counter. The interface with the facade, the counter, and the bar's on-site installation went smoothly thanks to excellent collaboration with the architects.

The bar was primarily designed as a production tool that excels in its capacity to serve customers as well as its ease of use and maintenance, an essential feature for an outdoor bar.

Ultimately, the outdoor bar at Eden Port is impressive due to its exceptional numbers:

- 23 linear meters of stainless steel
- 4 Unity cocktail stations of 165L each
- 2 sink modules 20 doors in refrigerators
- 2 doors in freezers
- 20 linear meters of preparation grids on the counter
- several thousand customers on the biggest nights

With all these statistics, the bar at Eden Port is one of Bar Circus' largest projects to incorporate the new Expert range.
