EXPERT RANGE, THE BAR WITHOUT COMPROMISE

Specifically, we have redesigned an entire catalog of 150 new professional modules to make them more functional, comfortable, and compact with a new manufacturing method. We weld the modules underneath the countertops and the structures are built entirely to measure. The bars thus created no longer have joints between the countertops themselves, as well as at the junction of the countertops and the sinks. Just like custom-made, the entire assembly is welded with invisible welds.

THE MAIN INNOVATIVE MODULES OF THE EXPERT RANGE

Our product innovations from the Expert range have been the subject of intense research and development, as well as intellectual property filings at the European level, ensuring us exclusivity especially on:

- The Unity cocktail station (ref: OS-1054) Latest generation cocktail station, with a capacity of 165L and modularity offering a wide range of uses where all the stock and tools find their place.

1 - Very large capacity tank of 165L. Service without refilling guaranteed. From 150 to 400 cocktails depending on the configuration. (according to UP/h calculation)

2 - Tool storage bin. Special depth of 150mm to keep tools within reach.

3 - Front control mixer tap. Optimal work ergonomics and compatibility under all client counters.

4 - High drip tray grid. Jiggers and other small accessories easily accessible.

5 - 5-hole shaker rinse star. For effective rinsing with an optional stainless steel plate instead of the shaker rinse star.

6 - Low drip tray grid. Shaker, tin, and other large accessories placed next to the shaker rinse.

7 - Built-in bottle opener. Above the bar trash can, ideal for gaining speed.

8 - 5L waste basket. Large volume to empty waste less often.

9 - Additional speedrail. Optional possibility of an overhanging speedrail to hang on the front.

10 - Stainless steel dividers. For better cold thermal conduction.

11 - Adjustable dividers. A 100% adaptable configuration to your needs. Possibility to fully open or compartmentalize using the comb-shaped compartments.

12 - Single tank. For easy and quick cleaning at the end of the service. All elements are compatible with the glass washer and the remaining tank is unique.

- The Ice Dispenser system (ref: OS-1001, OS-1004, OS-1005, OS-1076) A unique ice distribution system with an inclined bottom. Instead of large open-top ice spaces, everything is used for garnishes and production. The ice is always accessible from the front with a natural lateral hand movement. This configuration is particularly suited for international setups with a lateral speed rack. Modules with capacities from 77L to 175L.

- The Take Out system (ref: OS-1006, OS-1008, OS-1044, OS-1049) The solid/liquid separator system allows you to efficiently separate your waste. For an always impeccable client presentation and a single basket drainage at the end of service.
