1. Design of the Stainless Steel Bar
Discussing my project:
I communicate my needs to my Bar Circus project manager. I convey my operational wishes and the technical data they request during our exchanges to ensure I am offered a project that meets my expectations. From the start of my project, I can choose whether I want a bar from the Classic Range or a bar composed of bar stations from the Expert Range.
Reception of plans and quotes:
I receive my first project composed of:
- A quote with an inventory of all products as well as the general terms and conditions.
- A plan of the entire setup in 2D and 3D views.
- A quote offering various support options.
I have the opportunity to have it modified once for free, after which I receive the updated plans and quotes.
Additional modifications and optional support:
If I want further modifications to my plan and quote, I order plan modifications from the design office billed at €175 excluding VAT.
If I need more comprehensive support with the design of the fluid assessment (recommendations for plumbing and electricity), possibly a compliance survey on-site with plans intended for all parties involved, I can opt for the "enhanced layout" study quote package.
The plans and quotes suit me, and I wish to place an order.
2. Order
Firm Order:
I place my firm order by:
- Signing the quote(s).
- Signing the plan(s)
- Paying the deposit or the full amount by bank transfer
Workshop validation of the availability date:
Upon receipt of all the documents by the administration, my order is integrated into the workshop's production line. My project manager then communicates the production completion date to me.
Manufacturing:
A period of 3 to 6 weeks is required before availability. 3 weeks during off-peak periods up to 6 weeks for custom elements and busy periods.
Ongoing Modifications in Production:
Because as we say ourselves, "a project without unforeseen events is already an unforeseen event", we are ready to modify your order if needed. Order modifications inevitably result in a postponement of the production end date and a potential price change. A signed return of the modifications on the quote and plan is necessary for the proper consideration of the modifications.
D-15 End of Production: Balance Payment:
15 days before the production end date, I pay the balance for the reservation of a transporter.
(Standard delivery without an appointment. On quote for scheduling an appointment within a half-day slot.)
Shipping Planning:
Upon receipt of the transfer, the order tracking service contacts me to book a transporter at at least 10 business days before delivery.
Delivery:
These few rules will allow you to clear your responsibility in case of delivery problems. As a result, your case will be processed faster and your defective equipment will be replaced at no additional cost!
We remind you that it is important to check the condition of the goods upon arrival, in the presence of the transporter. If it is damaged for undetermined reasons, we ask you to refuse the delivery and indicate the reason on the delivery note.
3. Installation
Furniture Installation:
The Bar Circus furniture is easy to set up without external assistance. If you have technicians or craftsmen available or if you have basic manual skills, it will be easy for you to assemble it. It is even easier to install stainless steel bars from the Expert range as they arrive already assembled and ready to install.
If not, we can connect you with an installation team who will provide you with a quote. This will include installation and plumbing and electrical connections in accordance with the fluid balance requirements.
