The CL-50-1-V-400 vegetable cutter from the ROBOT COUPE brand is designed to meet the demands of professional kitchens. Powered by a three-phase 400 V supply, it features a powerful 600 W motor and a fixed speed of 375 rpm, ideal for precise and consistent slicing. Its robust structure includes a motor block made of composite material, a metal bowl, and a removable lid with two feed openings: a wide half-moon for large vegetables and a cylindrical one for long products. The automatic restart by the pusher ensures smooth and safe use. Delivered without a disc (to be chosen according to applications), this model can also be equipped with a mash accessory for greater versatility.
