The CL-50-1-V-230 vegetable cutter from the ROBOT COUPE brand is a high-performance professional equipment designed for intensive kitchens. Equipped with a single-phase 550 W motor and a fixed speed of 375 rpm, it ensures consistent and quick cutting. Its composite material motor block offers both strength and lightness, while its metal bowl with a removable lid, featuring a large half-moon chute and a cylindrical chute, ensures optimized loading of vegetables. The automatic restart by the pusher facilitates continuous use. This model is delivered without discs (to be ordered separately according to cutting needs) and can be complemented with an optional mashed potato accessory for added versatility.
