An Optimized Front-Bar Space

The front-bar includes a stylish display case and a practical payment area, meeting the demands of smooth and fast service. Positive and negative food refrigerators have been integrated, allowing for optimal preservation of fresh products while remaining accessible for service. All corners have been converted into dry storage spaces. One of the major challenges of this project was integrating the building's two pillars into the layout.

A Back-Bar Dedicated to the Art of Coffee

• The back-bar has been designed to meet the specific needs of baristas:


• Coffee preparation area: A complete station with all the necessary equipment for perfect extraction, from the grinder to the integrated pitcher rinser, and knock box on the counter.


• Mixed sink: Combining hygiene and practicality, it includes a space dedicated to the quick rinsing of utensils thanks to the pitcher rinser.


• Glasswasher: Essential for maintaining fast and impeccable service.


• Full cube ice machine: A must for preparing fresh drinks and iced coffees.

Design and Ergonomics

Every element has been designed to facilitate the daily work of baristas while ensuring a modern and clean aesthetic. The bar has been designed to allow for smooth circulation and optimal organization, whether during peak periods or during quieter hours. A tailor-made solution for a unique experience, Lancaster Café illustrates our ability to create spaces perfectly adapted to our clients' needs while enhancing their identity. This project highlights our expertise in creating custom bars, combining technical performance and attention to detail.
