The PLCE8100CR chromed gas griddle from CODIGEL combines power, hygiene, and precision. Its 15 mm thick plate with a chrome coating ensures even cooking, easy cleaning, and no flavor transfer. Thanks to its two independent heating zones adjustable from 30 to 300°C and its power of 5000 W, it adapts to all preparations. The stainless steel body includes a front drip tray for quick maintenance. Each burner is equipped with an automatic switch, a safety thermocouple, a thermostatic valve, and metal LED indicators. The adjustable feet ensure optimal stability.
