The CODIGEL chromed gas griddle PLCE6100CR offers high-performance cooking and optimal hygiene thanks to its 15 mm plate with chrome coating, ideal for easy cleaning and cooking without flavor transfer. Equipped with two independently adjustable heating zones ranging from 30 to 300°C and a power of 4000 W, it allows for great precision. Its stainless steel body includes a front recovery tray, while each burner is equipped with an automatic switch, a safety thermocouple, a thermostatic valve, and metal LED indicators. Adjustable feet ensure perfect stability.
