The ERU4RC electric griddle from the CODIGEL brand is designed for high production with a cooking area of 350x500 mm and a power of 4 kW. Its 18/10 stainless steel body ensures robustness and durability. The griddle, available smooth or grooved (standard option on the right), is mounted on an aluminum and steel support coated with 50-micron hard chrome for even heat distribution. Equipped with a digital touch electronic thermostat adjustable up to 280°C, it features a front grease drawer with a capacity of 3 L and a grease collection system on all four sides. Delivered with a scraper, brush, and set of blades, it facilitates cleaning without detergent.
