The ERU10RC electric griddle from the CODIGEL brand is ideal for high-volume production with a cooking surface of 600x600 mm divided into 2 zones. Its 18/10 stainless steel body ensures durability and longevity. Mounted on an aluminum and steel support coated with 50-micron hard chrome, it guarantees even heat distribution. Equipped with a digital touch electronic thermostat, with a thermostat every 30 cm, it offers precise control up to 280°C. The grease recovery system with channels on all four sides and the 3L front drawer make maintenance easy. Delivered with a scraper, brush, and set of blades, it can be cleaned easily without detergent.
