The CODIGEL brand's M650E electric griddle offers a cooking surface of 600x500 mm with two independent zones, totaling a power of 8 kW. Its 18/10 stainless steel body ensures robustness and durability. The monobloc mirror-polished chrome plate of 18 mm guarantees even cooking, with a smooth or grooved surface (standard option on the right). Each zone is regulated by an independent thermostat up to 290°C. Equipped with a 4 L grease drawer, it facilitates cleaning without detergent and can accommodate a press for double-sided cooking.
