Showroom bar station

It is always a pleasure to collaborate with partners who value expertise, friendliness, and sharing. Maison Vito, based in Nantes and a major distributor of spirits and wines in Western France, entrusted us with the development of its headquarters and showroom in Rezé.

The objective was to create a bar station designed both for tasting and demonstration, as well as training.

At the heart of the setup, we designed a shared workspace that resembles a large table and promotes closeness with visitors. Behind it, a next-generation cocktail station incorporates our recent innovations: sink with shaker rinser and solid-liquid separator to dispose of everything down the sink without any waste ever being visible to visitors (OS-1082 shaker rinse sink), icewell ice dispenser (OS-1005 icewell bar) to maximize the number of garnishes and have quality ice that lasts longer, lateral speedrack for a large volume of bottles within reach and the possibility of fresh bottles on the first level (OS-1030 bottle speedrack). Everything has been designed for comfort, fluid movement, and customer presentation.

At the front, a dual-material work surface subtly distinguishes the guest area from the professional space, enhancing clarity and friendliness.

The back-bar is organized around an alignment of glass-fronted positive refrigerators, a keg fridge, and a modular beer wall that also allows for cocktail dispensing. The whole setup is topped with a backlit glassware rack, adding an elegant touch of staging.

This showroom is more than just a bar: it is designed as a welcoming place, for tasting, demonstration, and training. A lively space where one can receive clients, hold parties, host workshops, and share cocktail culture. We are proud to have supported Maison Vito in this project, which perfectly illustrates the trend of hybrid spaces blending professionalism, friendliness, and transmission.
