The nightclub layout is based on three rooms, each equipped with stainless steel bar stations designed to optimize service and the working comfort of the teams.

The Mainstage Main Bar

15 meters of counter and 3 cocktail stations convertible into 5 stations

At the heart of the main room, a 15-meter counter integrates three main professional bar stations that are fully autonomous, including:

- High-capacity Fast Icewell to prepare up to 10 glasses simultaneously on the preparation grid, large ice storage capacity to minimize restocking during service, accessible garnish trays

- Side stainless steel speedrack holding more than 30 bottles so the bartender has everything at hand without needing to turn around

- Integrated shaker rinse sink and tool holder

- Station equipped with a sodagun so turning around is only necessary for bottle orders

- The addition of two beer columns increases production capacity with shared team member stations

Each bartender thus has their own workspace, their own payment method, and a fully equipped dispatch station, ensuring speed and efficiency. Unless specifically requested, the bartender hardly needs to turn around during service.

The Second Bar La Scène

Compact and functional, in the second room, spanning 6 meters and including:

- Two main stainless steel bar stations with icewell and double bottle line in the speedrack to accommodate up to 14 bottles, gastronorm spaces for garnishes.

- A shared shaker rinse sink

The storage is optimized to directly receive washing baskets, simplifying restocking and reducing handling.

The Outdoor Bar La Terrasse

Friendliness and autonomy, over 5 linear meters, this outdoor bar features:

- A central cocktail station

- A stainless steel sink for autonomous operation

- A dispatch station equipped with Jägermeister machines

- A food/snack module with a grill.
