With a stainless steel AISI 304 structure without corners and a flat bottom, it ensures hygiene and ease of maintenance. Its dimensions of 1175 x 385 x 225 mm offer a flat upper surface, ideal for service, while the static cooling maintains a constant temperature between +2°C and +6°C, regulated by a “SAYL-BLUE” electronic thermostat. Equipped with LED lighting, it is compatible with other modules from the same range for a customized configuration. The refrigeration unit can be installed remotely with a 2-meter cable, thus reducing noise, for optimal use in climate class 3.
