Its AISI 304 stainless steel structure without corners, combined with full tempered glass, ensures impeccable hygiene and maximum visibility. It maintains a stable temperature between +2°C and +6°C thanks to static cooling with R600a fluid, controlled by a “SAYL-BLUE” electronic thermostat. The compact motor unit, positioned on the left, guarantees discretion and efficiency. Equipped with LED lighting with a double shelf, a glass protective profile, an integrated drain, and adjustable feet, it offers a flat upper surface ideal for counter service. Its “Easy Clean” system without corners facilitates maintenance, ensuring an impeccable presentation in climate class 3.
