The CL-50-Ultra-2-V-400 vegetable cutter from ROBOT COUPE is a powerful and versatile professional equipment, ideal for demanding kitchens. Powered by a three-phase 400 V system, it features a 600 W motor and two speeds (375 and 750 rpm) to accommodate different types of cuts. Its stainless steel motor unit ensures perfect hygiene and high resistance to wear. It is equipped with a removable metal bowl and lid, featuring a half-moon chute for large vegetables and a cylindrical chute for long products. The automatic restart via the pusher optimizes user comfort. Delivered without discs (to be selected according to needs), it can be complemented by an optional masher accessory.
