The Atosa 10J 10-level GN1/1 oven ensures effective temperature maintenance or reheating thanks to its electric heating with forced air circulation. Made from Duralinox and compliant with NF standards, it combines robustness, lightness, and practicality. With a capacity of 220 L, it can accommodate up to 10 trays of 20 kg with a 75 mm spacing. Its tool-free tiltable format in GN1/1 or 600x400, ergonomic handles, and front wheels with brakes make it easy to use. Left-hand hinging available as an option.
