The GN1/1 - 600x400 Atosa 5C cocktail warmer is designed to maintain or reheat dishes up to 180°C using electric convection heating. Its lightweight Duralinox structure ensures robustness and compliance with NF food hygiene standards. With a capacity of 140L, it can accommodate up to 5 shelves (max 20kg each), with a spacing of 75mm, and accepts GN1/1 and 600x400 formats without tools. Mounted on wheels with front brakes, it also offers a left-hinged door available on request.
