The 2433 ROBOT-COUPE cutter and vegetable slicer combo, three-phase 400V with a power of 700W, offers two speeds (750 and 1500 rpm) for precise cutting. It comes with a 4.5 L stainless steel cutter bowl and a smooth bottom blade. The vegetable slicer lid features two chutes (half-moon and cylindrical) to accommodate different types of ingredients. Ideal for up to 100 servings, it is compatible with a range of 24 Essential discs (optional), as well as a juice extractor kit and a citrus juicer.
