The R402 three-phase 1835 cutter and vegetable slicer combination from ROBOT-COUPE is suitable for intensive use in catering. Powered by 400V three-phase with a power of 750W, it offers two speeds (750 and 1500 rpm) for customized cutting. It comes with a 4.5 L stainless steel cutter bowl with a handle, a smooth bottom blade, and a vegetable slicer lid with half-moon and cylindrical chutes. It includes 6 essential discs (slicers, grater, julienne, macedoine) and a wall mount. The D-Clean Kit facilitates the cleaning of the grids. Optional: 29 additional Essential discs, citrus juicer, and juice extractor. Designed to meet production needs for up to 100 covers.
