The 1834 ROBOT-COUPE R402 cutter and vegetable slicer combo is designed for efficient production of up to 100 servings. Operating on 230V with 2 speeds (500 and 1500 rpm) and a power of 750W, it comes with a 4.5 L stainless steel cutter bowl with a handle, a smooth blade, and an ejector lid equipped with two feed openings (half-moon and cylindrical). Supplied with 6 stainless steel discs (2 mm and 4 mm slicers, 2 mm grater, 2x2 mm julienne, 10x10 mm dicing, wall mount) and a D-Clean Kit for dicing grids, it offers great versatility. Optional accessories: citrus press, juice extractor, and 29 additional discs.
