The 2425 ROBOT-COUPE cutter and vegetable slicer combo is a versatile professional solution, ideal for kitchens serving up to 100 covers. Operating on single-phase 230V with a power of 700W and a speed of 1500 rpm, it comes with a 4.5 L stainless steel cutter bowl and a smooth-bottom knife. The ejector lid includes two chutes (half-moon and cylindrical) for flexible use. This model is supplied without discs, but it is compatible with the complete collection of 24 optional Essential discs, as well as with a juice extractor kit and a citrus juicer accessory.
