Its construction combines durability and hygiene with a sturdy stainless steel exterior and a resilient polyethylene interior, making it ideal for intensive professional use. It features an adjustable drainage system for easy water management, as well as reinforced doors with removable seals, strong metal hinges, and a stay-open brake for practical daily use. An ice scoop holder is included for quick access, and a CBT 22 EFCD lid is required to ensure compatibility with models MF 46/47.
