The Atosa EPC-0621E2 6-level GN2/1 combi oven offers professional multi-mode cooking: steam, low temperature, Delta T, rotisserie, grill, frying. Its construction in AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded corners makes cleaning easy. It features reinforced 50 mm insulation, a user-friendly 10" touchscreen, triple glazing, and an anti-tip rail system. This oven combines performance and precision with its 0-100% humidity control, multi-point core probe, and management of up to 999 customizable programs. Capacity is 213 L, total load 180 kg, 6 automatic washing programs, adjustable multi-fan ventilation.
