Bar Circus offers you its shared cocktail sink with a grid system and four shaker rinsers. It features a TAKE OUT liquid/solid separator system that enhances work comfort and prevents the customer from seeing the waste collection basket at the bottom of the sink. The solid-liquid separator basket can collect more than 7 liters of waste before needing to be emptied.

This product from the Bar Circus collection can be assembled within Bar Circus furniture or mounted alone on a countertop.

– A network safety feature. The solid-liquid separator system has an overflow safety. The overflow at the back allows, in case of the drain not being cleaned, for overflow to flow out without spillage.

Easy Installation:

The installation dimensions are available on the technical sheet.

The necessary technical requirements for the shared cocktail sink are:

– 1 cold/hot water 12/17 male with a stop valve. (To connect to the mixer tap)

– 2 cold water 15/21 males with stop valves (for the two shaker rinse lines)

– 1 drainage with a diameter of 40 mm. (To connect to the siphon)

– 1 drainage with a diameter of 40 mm with a plug. (To connect the overflow hose)

Ensure to properly create a siphon at the outlet of the overflow drainage of the “take out” system to prevent any odor from coming back up at the bar.
