Dry Work Surface

The grid allows for water runoff to be collected, leaving a dry and clean work surface.

- A complete service without needing to empty the cocktail grid. The collection tank has a capacity of 1.5 L.

- Simplified installation, as it only needs to be placed or embedded. Its thickness of 20mm corresponds to the standard thickness of coverings used in bar fittings. This simplifies implementation. Its lack of drainage avoids any drainage passage through the cocktail station and plumbing modifications.

- No bad odors. A grid without drainage avoids any risk of odor backflow from the pipes.

- Easy handling. The upper stainless steel grids are equipped with discreet vents to allow the grid to be removed without using tools.

Hygiene

Special care has been taken with hygiene:

A quick cleaning. Cleaning is easily done by removing the grid and emptying or sponging the tank. All elements are washable in a professional glass washer.

Installation advice:

We recommend installing it in front of the cocktail station or along the entire length of the bar counter. Ideally, there should be a maximum distance of 45 cm between the front of the cocktail station and the front of the preparation grid to prevent the bartender from bending too much. The standard height for the top of the grid is between 90 cm for installation on a master class type worktop up to a maximum of 115 cm on the counter.
