The refrigerated saladette with a 3-door lower cabinet BMPP2000EN INFRICO is a gastronome sideboard made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Equipped with 3 shelves and 3 sets of rails, it operates on R290 gas with an efficient ventilated cooling system. The front ventilation and condensation system, combined with the new Monoblock extraction system, optimizes refrigeration. Each zone is independently cooled by coils. It features an IP65 touch digital controller and LED lighting for intuitive and efficient use.
