The Atosa ESL3832GR saladette is a compact preparation unit with 2 GN1/1 doors and a stainless steel cover. Offering a volume of 300 L, it maintains a temperature between +2°C and +8°C thanks to efficient ventilated cooling and an eco-friendly R600a refrigerant. Its 35 mm insulation ensures excellent preservation. Delivered with 2 white rilsan-coated shelves and 2 base shelves, it supports up to 16 shelves with a maximum weight of 18 kg per shelf. Its 436 mm worktop optimizes preparation space. Equipped with wheels with brakes for easy mobility.
