Professional bar with two spaces

Located just steps from the Pont Neuf, you will discover a bar where the focus is on friendliness. In a relaxed atmosphere, a young and festive clientele gathers there.

This bar consists of two rooms, each equipped with a stainless steel cocktail station. The first room at the entrance has a smaller bar than the second, which has more space in the room.

The first professional bar is a small service bar. We therefore proposed a cocktail set with a 75-liter icewell. Under the countertop, we left the existing ice machine and installed a low shelf for the bartender to place empty bottles, a simple way not to slow him down during service. A shaker rinse sink was finally added to the set.
By optimizing the arrangement of the Bar Circus modules, we designed an efficient stainless steel cocktail station despite space constraints. This setup can be likened to our famous cocktail pack. Installing a 50 cm countertop instead of the standard 40 cm allowed for more preparation space.

The bartender enjoys optimal working comfort with cocktail production, refrigeration, and cash handling within reach behind the bar and the beer column.

In the second room, open only during peak times, a larger space has been dedicated to the bar. Designed for two bartenders, one focuses on cocktails and the other on soft drinks and cleaning. The centrally located beer column allows both bartenders access without crossing paths.

We were able to install a more spacious professional service bar consisting of a large stainless steel cocktail station and a beer tap directly installed on the worktop. The cleaning area was placed at the angle to avoid taking up space in the cocktail and beer area. The different zones are arranged so that the cocktail bartender is not hindered by the beer and cleaning area.
