Compact bar restaurant station

Located in the Élysée district of Paris, the restaurant Zo enlisted our services for the design and manufacturing of a bar station with a compact cocktail station.
The bar was constructed using elements from the expert range, allowing for optimized bar stations with seamless countertops. The organization of this bar features a central sink to facilitate the return of glasses from the terrace, with the access door situated opposite the sink.
At the back of the bar, a preparation area for the sushi chef has been set up. A TVO with an 87-liter trash bin allows for the disposal of all waste.
Despite the size of the bar, numerous pieces of equipment have been integrated. Ice maker, cash register, HIFI control system, glass washer, osmosis system, and water softener. We opted for the UNITY cocktail station, which provides the most flexible configuration depending on the bartenders' habits.
The sink area has been lowered to allow baskets filled with glasses to pass under the counter.
