16 + 4 meters of bar station at the Palais de Tokyo

The Palais de Tokyo in Paris offers dining at the new restaurant Les Grands Verres.

The Bar Circus bar stations have been installed on a bar layout over 16 meters long, including several cocktail stations, still and carbonated water taps, and multiple beer and cocktail taps on the wall in the restaurant area.

The uniqueness of the place is that it is managed by the Quixotic group, the famous creators of cocktail bars, Candelaria and Mary Celeste. Naturally, their restaurant had to have a cocktail production worthy of the name. Upon opening, it was one of the first establishments to incorporate a house cocktail solution on draft. A multifaceted venue, it is both a snack bar for the museum, a cocktail and beer bar, and a restaurant. Arranged with 2 counters extending from one another, it allows for a distinction between the two spaces.

The novelty of the bar's cocktail offering is to offer a wide range of draft cocktail preparations, all prepared and barreled in the bar's laboratories in the restaurant's basement. The stainless steel bar thus provides a very large capacity and speed of cocktail service in the room with product quality solely dependent on the creativity of the bartenders. In the fast-food section, there is a barista space as well as a cocktail station and a selection of draft beer taps on the wall. Throughout the day, this space transforms to convert the snack area into a purely bar space.

The entire setup was done using Bar Circus classic range modules, allowing for future layout modifications if needed.
